EXCHANGES

If you purchased an item(s) from Puregoodsmarket.com and want to exchange it for a different color, or scent, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 30 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like.

Please contact our customer service department prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused, condition with original packaging. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on puregoodmarket.com or by emailing hello@puregoodsmarket.com

RETURNS 

Item(s) purchased from Pure Goods Market must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Please send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

All returns and exchanges should be shipped in a secure package to the following address.
